What is the Science in Society Conference?

The SiS Conference will be virtual this year and has been held annually to cultivate an early passion for the STEM field in high school students from around Howard County. Local speakers that represent a wide range of STEM-related professions are invited to conduct workshops for the attendees. Students have the opportunity to discover a variety of internship opportunities and have the opportunity to network with professionals in the field.
